If you have a detailed job description, we ask you for it, otherwise we work with you to create one. Step Two
Creation
Next, we create a job advert and advertise your temporary vacancy on a number of different job boards and across our social media platforms. At this point, your company remains anonymous.
Step Three
Identification
Suitable candidates are identified from the responses received, and we contact prospective candidates looking for temporary assignments already registered with PureKat.
Step Four
Interviews
Interviews of suitable candidates can be carried out by PureKat or by you. Typically, if the position to be filled is a lower skill level, then clients are happy to go with our recommendations. If you do wish to conduct the interviews, we will coordinate dates and times with the prospective candidates.
Step Five
Compliance
PureKat ensure the temporary employee is fully compliant. We verify their identification, check the validity of licences and certifications where appropriate and take up references.
Step Six
Success
On acceptance of an offer and the satisfactory completion of all compliance checks, we facilitate the signing of the contract and agree a start date.
Step Seven
Aftercare
If a candidate does not work out for some reason, we will advise them and find a replacement for you as a priority.
