PureKat submit CVs of suitably qualified and vetted candidates for consideration for interview. If selected PureKat brief the candidates on the company and coordinate first and second interviews.

CVs reviewed to ensure the candidate has the relevant experience for the position, any gaps in employment are explained  Identification verified, either a valid passport or driving licence with birth certificate  Visa / work permit obtained, where applicable  Video call to verify ID for Right to Work (RTW) Any relevant licences obtained if applicable – e.g. Forklift Licence References requested Health and criminal convictions form completed Covid-19 Questionnaire completed prior to interview or commencement of employment.

All three levels include the full range of our recruitment services – from finding out about your company and the position, creation of your job advert, promoting across job boards and our social media channels, reviewing candidate CVs, identification and verification of suitable candidates and coordination of interviews.

The only difference in the services offered is the fee structure and the length of our guaranteed candidate replacement.

Bronze Service​

Fee: 10% of Starting Salary

Free of charge replacement if the candidate should leave within the first twelve weeks.

Gold Service​

Fee: 15% of Starting Salary

Free of charge replacement if the candidate should leave within the first twelve months.
