Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk (outskirts, transport is essential)
Salary: £competitive DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm / 37.25 hours per week
Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based in the outskirts of Newmarket is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team and provide an outstanding service to their clients.

As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Order processing
  • Maintainning accurate data on company system
  • Responding to and resolving customer queries
  • Updating computer system
  • Keeping customers updated with stock availability
  • Liasing with customers in Ireland
  • Arranging certification for transporting goods
  • General administration as required.

An ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator will have:

  • Previous sales administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

This position will require occasional travel.
