Job Title: Logistics Team Leader
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Salary: circa £33,000p.a.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 18:00pm 
Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based in Newmarket, Suffolk is looking for a  Logistics Team Leader to join on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Logistics Team Leader your duties will include:

• Route planning for the Driving team
• Leading the Driving Team, managing on a daily basis
• Organising additional couriers as required
• Dealing with fleet maintenance & Driver compliance
• Optimising transport routes as required
• Covering the Warehouse Manager when required

An ideal candidate for the Logistics Team Leader role will have:

• HGV driver & fleet management experience
• HGV multi-drop rigid experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Team player mentality.
