Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm, 37.5 hours per week

Our client based in Saffron Walden, Essex is seeking an Junior Technical Specialist to join their team.

As Junior Technical Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer sales enquiries
• Lead generation
• Product presentation 
• Attending exhibitions
• Updating CRM system accurately
• Equipment installation
• Attending meetings with customer both UK and international

An ideal Junior Technical Specialist will have:

• Chemistry graduate or similar relevant field/experience
• IT literacy including MS Office
• Technical knowledge of chemistry equipment 
• Laboratory instrument demonstration experience (Chemical synthesis, process development)
• Full driving license.
