Job Title: Aerospace Structural Engineer
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
Hourly rate: £24.50
Hours: 08.00am – 16.00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: 6 month Temporary – Permanent (Permanent contract could be offered depending upon experience)

Our client based in Saffron Walden, Essex is looking for an Aerospace Structural Engineer member to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

As an Aerospace Structural Engineer your duties will include:

• Replacements & removals of riveted or bolted sub assy’s
• Installation and fabrication of flush repair doublers to inlet and flight control leading edge skins
• Replacements of inlet lip skin segments and flight control surface skin panels.
• Familiar with all technical data, CMM, SRM etc.

Ideal candidates for the Aerospace Structural Engineer role:

Experienced and competent with carrying out tasks on aircraft components, such as:

• Flight control surfaces
• Engine inlets
• Fan cowls
• PAX doors
• Landing gear
• Thrust reversers
